These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PanorVoice software and the website at panorvoice.panorify.in. PanorVoice is a product of Panorify. By downloading, installing, or using PanorVoice, or by using this website, you agree to these terms.

PanorVoice is free desktop voice-to-text software. The macOS app is available now. A Windows app is planned and will be offered when the installer is published. Features may include local speech models, optional cloud ASR with keys you supply, hotkey dictation, and paste into the focused application.

Subject to these terms, Panorify grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PanorVoice for unlimited personal use without a license key or subscription fee, as described on the product site.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or misrepresent PanorVoice as your own product, except to the extent applicable law allows.

You agree not to use PanorVoice to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights
• Capture audio or content you are not allowed to process
• Attempt to disrupt or abuse cloud providers when using your own API keys
• Bypass security or permission prompts of your operating system

If you enable cloud ASR, you use providers such as OpenAI, Groq, or a custom endpoint under your own accounts and keys. Those services have separate terms. Panorify is not responsible for third-party service outages, pricing, or data handling.

Install only from this website or other channels Panorify explicitly publishes. You are responsible for meeting system requirements (for example macOS 15.0 or later for the current Mac build; Windows 10 or 11 64-bit when the Windows installer ships).

PanorVoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Dictation accuracy depends on your hardware, models, language, and environment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panorify and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of PanorVoice or this website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
